MARKETPLACE REGISTRATION
Black In The Valley will present the community with the opportunity to support black owned businesses 2 times a year. The BITV Marketplace will feature the very best black owned businesses the valley has to offer. To register for the marketplace please complete the form below.
- $50.00 registration fee for non food vendors until 4/15.
- $100 registration fee for food vendors until 4/15.
- $75.00 registration fee for non food vendors after 4/15.
- $150 registration fee for food vendors after 4/15.
- Fees due after the submission of the registration form. You can pay in various ways.

- All payments final. No refunds or credits given.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the registration fee.
- Food Vendors will be required to obtain a permit from the health department. Please contact Keith Paschall at 818.925.6904 for more information.
- Although we do have insurance for the event all vendors are expected to have their own insurance for staff and volunteers.
- Load in instructions will be sent out 7 days prior to the event.
- Please bring all the elements that you need to make your sale. You will need to bring a table, chairs, power (if needed) and wifi.
- Registration closes on May 31, 2025.
