BLACK IN THE VALLEY

MARKETPLACE INFO 

Black In The Valley will present the community with the opportunity to support black owned businesses 2 times a year.  The BITV Marketplace will feature the very best black owned businesses the valley has to offer. 

INSTRUCTIONS
  • You will be provided with a 10 x 10 space for your sale.

  • You are responsible to bring all the items needed to make your sale.  This includes but not limited to: table, chairs, pop up tent, internet access and power (if needed).
​
  • All vendors are expected to provide their own insurance and workers comp insurance. 
 
  • $75.00 registration fee for non food vendors until April 30, 2026.  $100.00 fee after April 30, 2026.  
​
  • $100.00 registration fee for food vendors until April 30, 2026.  $150.00 after April 30, 2026.  
​
  • Food vendor registration will close on May 16, 2026.  All vendors must be registered before we can submit the event information required for the mandatory health permit process
​
  • All food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Event Health Permit.  Once your vendor registration fee has been paid, you will receive the instructions and information needed to apply for the permit on May 18, 2026.  
 
  • Permit applications must be submitted by May 23, 2026, to ensure they are processed and returned at least two weeks prior to the event.
