Jamafo: Bringing Jamaican Cuisine to the SFV Jamafo Jamaican Food Xpress is a newcomer to the Valley but they have made a big impression upon the community. Dave and David, two brothers originally from Jamaica, started their business with one thing on their minds, to make Jamaican food "the next big thing." Their plan... Create a simple menu that works for individuals that are new to Jamaican Cuisine; open in the Valley where their brand could stand out from others in the market; and lastly establish a carry out, delivery based business that catered to the on the go cliente. Opened during the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, Jamafo caters to the everyday consumer by presenting good quality Jamaican food that's created with love and "good vibes". In just 5 months Jamafo has surpassed the owners expectations, with plans to open two new locations in 2021. So if you're looking for good Jamaican food and you're in the West Valley, Jamafo is the place to go. Black in the Valley creator, Shania Accius recently had a chance to catch up with Jamafo owners Dave and David. Check out the interview below... |
